Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Sempozyum bildiri / rapor süreçlerinin yürütülmesiCarrying out symposium abstract / report submission processes
- Başvuruların kayıt altına alınması, incelenmesi ve arşivlenmesiRecording, reviewing, and archiving submissions
- İletişim ve bilgilendirme faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesiCarrying out communication and information activities
- Sistem güvenliği, denetim ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesiSystem security, audit, and fulfilling legal obligations
İşleme; KVKK’nın 5. maddesi kapsamında ilgili kişinin açık rızası, bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması ve veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati gibi hukuki sebeplere dayanabilir.
Processing may rely on legal grounds under Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), such as the explicit consent of the data subject, direct connection to the establishment or performance of a contract, or the legitimate interest of the data controller.
AktarımData Transfers
Kişisel verileriniz, yasal zorunluluklar saklı kalmak kaydıyla, sempozyum süreçlerinin yürütülmesi için yetkili TÜBA personeli ve hizmet alınan teknik altyapı sağlayıcıları ile sınırlı şekilde paylaşılabilir. Yurt dışına aktarım yapılmaz; yapılacaksa ilgili mevzuata uygun güvenceler sağlanır.
Subject to legal obligations, your personal data may be shared, to a limited extent, with authorized TÜBA personnel and technical infrastructure providers engaged for the purpose of carrying out symposium processes. No transfer abroad is made; if it becomes necessary, appropriate safeguards in line with applicable legislation will be ensured.
Saklama SüresiRetention Period
Verileriniz, işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı / saklama süreleri boyunca muhafaza edilir; süre sonunda silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.
Your data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the statute of limitations / retention periods set out in applicable legislation; it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized at the end of that period.

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, düzeltme, silme/yok edilmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve kanunda sayılan diğer haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise the right to learn whether your data is being processed, request its correction or deletion/destruction, object to its processing, and exercise the other rights set out in the law.
